Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Cancellations To get a refund on a tour booking you cannot attend, you must inform Glasgow Gander Walking Tours, by email, at least 24 hrs before your tour start time. This is so there is time for your vacated tour spaces to be sold. Cancellations made within these time periods will be promptly refunded. In exceptional circumstances, exceptions may be made - please email.
